چکیده
A rat model of disordered lipid metabolism was established to study the regulation and inflammatory response by Lactobacillus rhamnosus hsryfm 1301 fermented milk. The results showed that high-fat diet caused disorder in rats, accompanied occurrence an response. After milk intervention, blood level reduced along with activity aspartate aminotransferase (AST) alanine (ALT) as well triglyceride (TG) total cholesterol (TC) contents liver rats (p < 0.05), fat vacuoles hepatocytes were reduced, accumulation decreased. Liver injury restored. Meanwhile, levels free fatty acid (FFA) synthase (FAS), acetyl coenzyme carboxylase (ACC), lipoprotein esterase (LPL) hepatic lipase (HL) serum significantly lower than those group which indicated synthesis inhibited, production restored balance. In addition, reactive oxygen species (ROS) factors also could not only inhibit but reduce excessive acids, thus reducing accumulation, restoring balance alleviating rats. At same time, it can ROS through antioxidant effect, alleviate response, metabolism.

The effect of Lactobacillus rhamnosus hsryfm 1301 on the intestinal microbiota of a hyperlipidemic rat model
BACKGROUND Growing evidence indicates that intestinal microbiota regulate our metabolism. Probiotics confer health benefits that may depend on their ability to affect the gut microbiota. The objective of this study was to examine the effect of supplementation with the probiotic strain, Lactobacillus rhamnosus hsryfm 1301, on the gut microbiota in a hyperlipidemic rat model, and to explore the a...
متن کاملHigh molecular weight poly-gamma-glutamic acid regulates lipid metabolism in rats fed a high-fat diet and humans.
We investigated the effect of high molecular weight polygamma- glutamic acid (hm gamma-PGA) on adiposity and lipid metabolism of rats in the presence of an obesity-inducing diet. Thirty-two Sprague-Dawley rats were fed either a normal-fat (11.4% kcal fat, NFC) or high-fat (51% kcal fat, HFC) diet. After 5 weeks, half of each diet-fed group was treated with hm gamma-PGA (NFP or HFP) for 4 weeks....
متن کاملFermentation of Soy Milk via Lactobacillus plantarum Improves Dysregulated Lipid Metabolism in Rats on a High Cholesterol Diet
We aimed to investigate whether in vitro fermentation of soy with L. plantarum could promote its beneficial effects on lipids at the molecular and physiological levels. Rats were fed an AIN76A diet containing 50% sucrose (w/w) (CTRL), a modified AIN76A diet supplemented with 1% (w/w) cholesterol (CHOL), or a CHOL diet where 20% casein was replaced with soy milk (SOY) or fermented soy milk (FSOY...

The effects of soy milk and fermented soy milk on lipid metabolism were studied in aged ovariectomized rats. Twenty 8-mo-old Wistar rats were randomly assigned to four treatment groups: sham-operated + control diet (sham-C); ovariectomized (OVX) + control diet (OVX-C); OVX + soy milk diet (OVX-SM); and OVX + fermented soy milk diet (OVX-FSM). The rats were fed on these diets for 6 weeks. Ovarie...
متن کاملEffect of Lactobacillus rhamnosus KY-3 and cellobiose as synbiotics on lipid metabolism in rats.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus KY-3 is a fermentative bacterium that is used for the industrial production of L-lactic acid. We have examined the effect of L. rhamnosus KY-3 and cellobiose as synbiotics on lipid metabolism in rats. Rats were fed on a 20% casein diet (C) supplemented with either 1.7% L. rhamnosus KY-3 (KY-3), 10% cellobiose (CEB), or 1.7% L. rhamnosus KY-3 and 10% cellobiose (KY-3+CEB)...
